We want you to love your Jensen’s Gummies.  If for some reason you don’t love Jensen’s Gummies, please email us within 30 days of your purchase and include a copy of your electronic receipt and a photo of your gummies.  

At least three fourths of your gummies or 339 grams must remain of your original gummies in order to qualify for a return.  We’ll then email you instructions on how to ship your remaining gummies back to us for a full refund. 

Damaged Packages

We understand that damage can happen during shipment which is sometimes beyond our control. If your product arrives in a condition that you find not suitable to eat, please send us a message with a photo. We will be happy to provide a replacement or issue a store credit for the products that arrived damaged. We ask that you reach out to us within 7 business days of delivery.
